The registration fees that for events are non -refundable up to five business days before the event. If you choose not to attend an event that you have registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. If an event is cancelled by BWAW then the registration fee will be refunded. Should an event be rescheduled to another day, you will be eligible for a refund or transfer of registration to the new date.
